Admittedly it was just a game to get Match fitness but, as Ten Haag said viz ManU "It may be a friendly but you're representing ManU & we don't lose". No announcement regarding players/numbers etc so wasn't sure who 25 was in MF for the second half. Could have been Mawene but he did show some drive. Our Icelandic player was in a different league to his teammates. Hope he pulls them up to his level they don't drag him down to theirs. I may also be biased but Bauer showed command & compose on&off the ball. A lot of work necessary over the next 3 weeks or RL is toast. I think I prefer Bentley

Last season we lost to Barrow, Stockport and drew with Fleetwood before going onto win 7 games at the start of last season.
Wind your necks in chaps, it doesn’t matter what the score is.

That's my point And what’s this got to do with Lowe? Sounds like the player needs a rocket up him. Did Lowe pass it backwards? You’ve given praise for the new lad for driving forward, at the same time blamed Lowe for a player passing it backwards? Where’s the sense in that? Players getting an easy pass all the time. |

I get that these games are about getting match fitness but we should be winning against these teams. The future doesn't bode well when we meet better opposition. |
